Storage Services Connector is a standalone application that works with SAP Business ByDesign to automate tenant setup, backup and recovery operations using NetApp® storage systems. Storage Services Connector provides a Web service based interface (SOAP) between SAP application management framework and NetApp storage systems.

Storage Services Connector uses Operations Manager and Protection Manager as its subsystem application to carry out the various storage system operations.
